Summary
We are looking for a skilled Digital Business Analyst with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience leading requirements gathering, driving solution delivery, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering using human-centered design and design thinking techniques
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Create strategic roadmaps and translate business needs into actionable digital solutions
• Define user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Manage ServiceNow configurations, customisations, and integrations
• Oversee full solution lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to operations
• Perform impact analysis on change requests and support continuous improvements
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive knowledge transfer and user adoption
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure cloud architecture compliance and integration best practices
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in digital transformation or business analysis roles
• Managed successful end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms, with deep ServiceNow expertise
• Proficient in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product-centric delivery
• Understanding of modern cloud architectures and development practices
• Knowledge of automation, AI/ML tools, and enterprise integration frameworks
